We are currently working our way through the New Castle County Land Development Process. We are expanding from our current 24 bed facility to a total 62 bed facility. Including a Secure Dementia Unit called the Garden House. This explanation will increase our care options and allow our residents to age in place. We are hopeful to complete land development and obtain our building permits by February of 2019. Ground breaking will start in the spring of 2019. We look forward to opening our new building, summer of 2020.

Since the business meeting of the Historic Review Board (HRB) on July 3, 2018, the building plan and site layout have been reevaluated
in response to the comments received at the two HRB meetings and the meeting with the community. Substantial
